These Holley steering shaft kits were designed to replace a worn stock one on your latter years' 3rd generation GM C10 trucks or with an engine swap where additional clearance may be needed. With sturdy DD-style steel shafts and dual u-joints, there is plenty of adjustability for your project to ensure everything is exact and safe. *See Holley Part # 320-322 for 1973-1978 C10 Steering Shaft

Tech Resources
 
It is extremely important that these steering shafts are installed by a qualified technician. Failing to do so will result in an unsafe vehicle. If installing these shafts with an OE steering box, you may need to trim the pin on the input shaft for U-joint clearance. Loctite 242, extra grease, and a torque wrench are highly recommended!!!
